Yay Kim, everything is looking great!  I really like the blume boxes and that sticker on it is great

and haha I totally get you on wanting to use the circle punch again.  I now have a circle punch, tag punch, corner rounders, paper cutter, xacto knife, bone folder, etc. and I am not usually crafty person at all :P.

Thanks!

I only used the hole punch for those 4 Blume

Boxes lol. Thankfully I got it for 50% off :) I really think Michaels should have a section where you can use their items for a minimal cost !!

They really should do rent crafting supplies!  Or where you can go into the store in a little area that is the "crafting" area and you can pay a fee per hour to do your crafts in there!  You could bring your own paper/etc or buy theirs (but they'd have all the corner rounders, folders, cutters, etc).  They'd make a lot on people who weren't saavy with what they wanted, and us smart DIY'ers would save a ton ;)

PHEW!!!!!

Dress fitting a success :)

I go back Jan 3 for a final fitting. She's taking it up more but I forgot my sandals tonight (sigh) so we will firm up the final length and make sure the waist adjustment is perfect and it'll be ready by Jan 7!!

She did a ?french? Bustle so it's goes under not on top so it shows the beading. My BM said the picture does it no justice.

One thing I need to re-purchase -- underwear!! White under an ivory dress = see it all. Will look for something nude.

I had kind of talked myself into it being too small so I started looking at dress alternatives. My advice -- don't do it!!!! While I still love my dress I get the temptation to pick it apart and want a different one.

Lol that really is a horrible picture :)

And my high wasted undies were also a bad idea, not only in color, as I can see the elastic.

Yay!!! I was waiting to learn how the dress went :) happy all is good and fits well :)

Try to get the undies that are seamless, they feel super soft and no show at all

Looks great!! I ended up getting lacy hanky panky's, they were blue, but they have ivory and white ones as well!

You can see the lace of mine!!!

I think I'll find some seamless nude thongs. And keep these sexier lace ones for after?!? Glad I decided to wear them tonight!

Yay Kim!! Glad it fits :)

I use the lacies from Victoria Secret and I swear by them.  No panty lines, don't cut you in at the waist at all because they stretch, and they look sexy too!

    • I have stayed at Dreams La Romana and Dreams Dominicus.  The two resorts are very different in style and decor. A few comparison points are below and fact sheets are attached for both.   Both resorts are approx 45 minutes from Punta Cana airport, close proximity to Saona Island, Catalina Island and Altos de Chavon. Top championship golf courses in the Caribbean are just minutes away including Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, The Links and La Estancia – all designed by world-famous Pete Dye. Restaurants are similar at both resorts.  Both offer the Explorers Club for Kids.  Dreams Dominicus  Brand new resort and in 2016 488 rooms (however additional construction was underway) More contemporary style & decor Good beach area Rooms were very nice Preferred Club located in main lobby and adjacent to main pool & beach front Food was good Center plaza area with nighttime entertainment Main lobby is small, but outdoor bar off lobby is nice Dreams La Romana Originally built in 2003 & opened as Dreams La Romana in 2008 756 rooms Recently renovated and new preferred club adults only lounge & pool added  Rooms are more traditional Caribbean decor Grounds are very lush and tropical Good beach area food was good    Dreams Dominicus fact sheet.pdf Dreams La Romana fact sheet.pdf
    • My sister has done it but with the destination wedding, only super close family members and friends came since it was expensive and farther. It was great though.
