    These are great! Thank you...I have been worried about my makeup. I am very light coloring, (hair and eyes) but tan easily, so I dont want to appear washed out...I also worry about too much eyeliner, I typically don't wear too much black eyeliner, but I like how the bride in the photo looks! I also am thinking of false eyelashes, but worry that in the hot Caribbean sun they will fall off, lol!  What is the most important to show up in photos, eyes or lips or both!

      Hello Dear,  We think is important to wear eyeliner, it makes your eyes appear bigger and also make them pop. Choose a more dramatic look on the wedding day would make the difference in your PHOTOS.  Take a look to this pic; Check out her eyes;

      Alrighty then, guess I better start practicing with the eyeliner! Lol, how I got this far through life without mastering it is kind if shameful anyway.

        I actually wrote that article for the wedding chicks a while ago. Let me know if you have any specific questions!

          If you get oily skin I would recommend using a product like Make Up Forever All Matte (expensive but worth it) which will keep the oil at bay all day long. I typically will give extra oily brides a couple of blotting sheets so that they can touch up throughout the night but most of the time if you use All Matte it should stay relatively non-oily.

I wear BB cream daily and this is enough for my day to day but I am not sure for the wedding. any suggestions? so far MAC  foundation is too heavy for me and Im not opposed to a drug store brand since I dont wear foundation much! HELP!

                Hello Dear,

                We suggest you look for a full-coverage foundation that matches perfectly your type of skin. (oily, dry, combination, sensitive, t-zone...color)

                There are several brands that are hypoallergenic.

                ¡Good luck! :D

                Lots of makeup artists us Revlon Colorstay for brides, it has a more matte finish and they sell formulas for all skin types. Hope that helps!

                  I'll have to look into that Model in a Bottle- did you use regular or sensitive skin?
