Random Uninvited Guest

So do you think this chick has a crush maybe on one of the guys that's going to be at the wedding? I honestly can think of no reason, other than that, that would prompt someone to just invite themselves to the wedding of a virtual stranger, but after reading the posts maybe it's more common than I thought. I can't wait to hear what you guys find out from her.

Question: How did she get your TA's info or know exactly when/where the wedding is?

I get that they were talking about it, but guys don't normally go into details about who to call.. do they?

That's weird. I can't wait to see the photos.. don't forget to have your photographer take a picture of her with the two of you.. what a story to tell!! lol

As i was reading through all the posts, I was thinking the identical thing! How on earth did this girl get your TA's phone number?!?! If your FI/his friends gave it to her, then that kind of makes it more of a "real" invitation (in my opinion)... still, how WEIRD! Some people have serious kahunas - I would be waaaaaay too embarrassed to pull something like this

i was wondering this too. like, it's one thing to say "we're getting married in Mexico, you should come" and a whole different thing to provide the details on where to stay and who to contact, ya know? i'm thinking there was a more in-depth conversation than just a casual mention!

Funny story: I was reading this thread as my father calls and tells me that someone that I specifically DIDN'T invite is planning on attending my wedding. Great. girl_werewolf.gif

Seriously Ladies, I think you are all way to nice, I would never accept my FI to invite just some random Chick in a bar, no excuses if he was drunk or not. To bad for her, but she is just stupid to accept an invite like that! Couldnt care less if she had booked allready! Thats here problem and not yours. How I see it, my wedding is the most special moment in my life, and Im choosing an DW to get away from all of these so called "guests", only the best of the best friends and family are invited, and I wont accept anybody else!

I get serious Bridezilla atacks from these kind of story's smile67.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
