Hey! Welcome to the 2013 Shoutbox!

 

I saw Tammy post about a shoutbox being where we can just chit chat, not a specific topic.

 

Helps us newbies get to 150 a lot faster!

For those of us who get lovely winter weather (YUP, I am asking about the weather!), how done are you with this winter?

 

For those of us out in the GTA in Ontario, we haven't had a bad winter in a couple of years. This one has exhausted me. I am so ready for it to be done, to see flowers blooming, have sunny skies longer than an afternoon, and for my poor car to stop looking so dirty. I want heat, sunshine, and thunderstorms that summer brings!

Happy Friday indeed! Ummm.... not really! haha! We are going grocery shopping tonight! Wooooo, we are so happening, getting groceries on a Friday night. hahaha What about you?

Ohhhh I love chatting. :) I don't have too many people to talk about random wedding stuff with so this is great for me. 

 

I have a bit of a long weekend for the holiday and I'm itching to get my DIY-on. Anyone want to share their favorite DIY wedding project or what is next on their DIY list? I'm thinking maybe my cake topper...

I'm thinking of making my own jewel bouquet...but my wedding is happening in 2015 so I'm slowly figuring out the cheapest deals

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
