              I like fruit + honey + greek yogurt, or I'll drink a fruity tea.  If I want something like ice cream I blend up some frozen banana w/ a bit of almond milk, and sometimes mix with other fruits.  Also sometimes I induldge with a little bit of dark chocolate.

                  My fitness pal works great. free app or you can sign up online. nike training app also works great. they have videos on youtube as well

                      Well ladies the last few days have not been great for me, I have been sick and haven't been doing much.  I am still trying to watch what I eat but it's been had with my guy doing all the cooking since he only cooks a few things and they are the healthiest.  I haven't worked out in a few days and I feel bad but my stomach hurts like crazy so I am hoping it will get better soon and I can get back to it.
