Crash Dieting . . .

So ladies, I got on the scale yesterday and I am down 2 more lbs. I am soooo happy about that. I have been working hard and the 1 lb last week was not cutting it in my mind. I am doing it slowly, but I am getting there.

You girls are doing awesome, keep up the good work. Jules i am impressed another 2 lbs, you're going to be fading away if you keep it up. BTW I'm so proud of you.

I'm OK, my nerves are at an all time high. To be honest I'm not going hog wild oevr my diet anymore. I'm still drinking only water and watching my carbs BUT I have to admit I ate pizza last night. My workouts are going strong though... I think I'm stressed and that has a major impact on being so aggresive with the workouts.

I'm trying to decide if I shoudl bring my work out gear with me to the resort. I have a feeling I may be a bum and just hang out with my family instead.

Be a bum Mel!! lol You dont wanna work out on vacation! Im really proud of you for sticking with the workouts and eating healthy! And you have to cheat sometimes or youll go crazy!!! So dont let that little bit of pizza bug you!

OMG I just realized you leave in 5 days! When did that happen!? lol

Hey laura, you need to post your results lately cuz I know you've been dropping pounds like crazy too! WOOHOO. I think we should have a big celebration party....

 

I know 5 days... wtf I have no clue how that happenned. I'm going mental!

Im not posting cause Im stalled in the weightloss sad.gif I ran outta slimfast so I was eating toast for breakfast and my weight just stopped. Im hoping to get back on tommorow though because I bought more and I vowed to start working out! Grrrrr, so frustrating!

Laura, I am going to do another boot camp when I get back, it starts the second week of November. Not sure if you want to join me or not, its really kicking my weight loss into gear that is for sure.

 

Thanks for the praise Mel, I am trying really hard. I made the cake for my niece's birthday today and I did not even eat any, that was hard. lol But I know next weekend is going to be really bad, so I am saving it for that.

 

Pizza is not a big deal, really its not. You are working out hard so you can afford to cheat. Seriously.

 

I am thinking I am going to take my work out gear for sure. Whether or not I do anything is another story, but I am going to bring it for sure, just in case.

So, I had a panzarotti for lunch today. Not good. I just felt like I needed it, its been an emotionally draining day and I only had yoghurt for breakfast (time problem) so I pigged out at lunch. I feel so tired and blah now and wish I didn't, but I did. Luckily I have boot camp tonight and can work some of it off. But, its not going to be good for my weigh in tomorrow (I weigh myself every Friday). And, its Thanksgiving here this weekend, eeek, its going to be a bad one.

Um, its like a pizza pocket, but huge and made at Italian restaurants. lol

I WISH it was after the wedding, I am dreading it.
