Is it true that they guys have to wear pants to the dinner restaurants or can they wear nice dress shorts?  We are going to be there for about 2 weeks and want to try all the places I'm just trying to figure out what to all pack and don't want to be overloaded.
Men have to wear pants for the a la cartes but if you are having a private weddj f reception at an a la carte, they don't have too!

Hi Recent Brides.  Can everyone that was married in the last several months tell me it the Palladium hosted a beach bbq (by the pool) on Friday night while you are there.   My FI and I were hoping to bring our guests there after our cocktail hour, but my WC is saying they do not do the bbq every night.  Help please !:)

Hey!

The week we were there they post poned it! It was suppose to be friday but they moved it to saturday night (we left saturday morning) we were super bummed! Ive heard its really awesome.

They had everything set up during the week we were there... it looked so fun... however it rained for about an hour just before it was supposed to start so they cancelled it. I dont even think they re-scheduled..it was just cancelled.

Hi ladies,

 

We're getting married at GPLH June 2014 and have got the basic Sapphire package - does anyone have any info on photography packages/prices and what colour scheme you get with this one? Can't find that anywhere!

 

Also, were from England and I really want to get some personalised cups to put in the bags we are making up for people - there are so many choices from USA but didnt know if there were any UK people who know where to get this done (which doesn't cost a fortune!)

hi everyone! My name is Michelle and I'm from Toronto. My fiance and I are looking at getting married at Grand Palladium Jamaica - but MAY 2013 , not 12 :) I'm in the midst of pricing it out , but it looks like $1700 per person (all in for a week, with flight & taxes included) based on a double occupancy Jr Suite room.   But I see Alysia85 got a better rate.  Alysia85:  How many people is that group quote based on? is it including all the things my quote included? does it include round trip transfers to the airport as well?  Any details you may have, could really help me get a better rate for my guests. Which is my main focus right now! Can't wait to get chatting with some of you brides out there - I have a lot of questions and could use the advice!! Michelle11~

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
