Congrats to your daughter! Here are the answers to your questions:
There are lots of amazing places along the beach in front of the hotel that don't have guests occupying them. Those were some of our favorite spots. Also, right near the gazebo there is a place where they have the "beach weddings" if you choose to go that route instead of the gazebo that is perfect for pictures.
What do you mean by book all details prior to the wedding? Are you talking about the specific wedding details (ie timeline, programs etc)? If so, yes I booked everything with the onsite planner and then when we got there we had a 15-20 minute meeting with her to just nail everything down and bring her the ceremony/reception items I brought from home.
Yes, I purchased everything for our guests bags before our arrival in Jamaica. I just had family members pack stuff in their luggage.
Hope this helps, feel free to ask any questions you like. Also, there is a GBP forum on this site that has lots of helpful info from other brides too

Did you actually book all details prior to arriving in Jamacia? We will be arriving a week before the quests arrive. She will be having between 40 and 50 quests. Did you purchase everything to go into your gift bags at home, or will you were there ie: towels. Thinking of giving Jamaican Rum as a Thank You gift, night of the wedding with a group photo. Really liked the all white rehearsal dinner.
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.
