Sorry, I had a conference call w/ Shane today and forgot to ask.  Can we write our own ceremony &/or vows for Beaches ceremony. The "script" he emailed me is NOT what I am wanting on my wedding day.

Also can anyone point me in the direction of a helpful website for vows?

Me too, I wasn't even going to question using their's, but now I'm guessing I need to get more information on it!

Is Shane your WC?   I also never thought about asking for the script.  That's a great idea.

"shane" daneel is my WC for Beaches SB wedding.  the script was "God" heavy (I am non denominational & believe in God but it is just not "me").  It is pretty darn short too; I mean I want a quicker ceremony but its like 12 or 14 font & fits on 1 page so that would be super fast!!

I have found out that we can write our own vows &/or ceremony.

I just got married in Beaches Negril (Jamaica) and their script was also God heavy.  We were able to change everything.  I thought maybe they would have to add some langugae for legal reasons, but they did not. Go to the "Share your Ceremony Script" forum and there are tons of postings of samples....including mine!
