    Hello All,

I am new to the site and am excited to find a new place to research and bounce ideas around about my destination wedding plans!

I have been doing some research online about ordering travel brochures and am not having much luck. I recognize that there is sooo much information available online but would really like to have some travel options in print. Can anyone recommend the best way to go about ordering travel brochures???

    Thanks in advance!

      Hi Layce!

Welcome to the forum! It's definitely a haven for tons of info from resorts, to vendors and beyond! My suggestion about travel brochures would be to contact the tourism board of the country where you're getting married. Another idea would be to contact a travel agent and see if they have any brochures they're willing to part with.

      Good luck and congratulations!!

Hola and welcome to the forums!
May I suggest you head to your local book store and grab a Lonely Planet book on the area? I guess it all depends on what your looking for but there will be some great information there for you. Once you are here there will be tonnes of brochures on different excursions to do and I suggest you book those when you arrive!

Best of luck with all your plans.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum!!   I think most tourist agencies will have printed brochures specific to the area you want.

Best of luck and warmest wishes,

            Lori

Thank you very much everyone for the warm wishes and advice! This site is great!! I guess I was kind of hoping I could find a website that had links to order print brochures but I may just go visit a travel agency.

I had wanted some as well and I found the travel agent was able to provide brochures, pamplets and books for us.  Its worth a shot!

For you more tenured brides do you think a travel agent is necessary? New to this process!

                    Hi Ladies!

My FI and I just got engaged this past weekend and are planning a wedding at the Moon Palace or Beach Palace in May 2012.  I just wanted to introduce myself, as this site has already been so helpful in the short amount of time I have had to research.  Thank you Thank you!!!!!  Happy planning to all! :)
