I am new to this forum...lots and lots of information!!! but i am also a feb 24th 2012 bride....still trying to find a resort...this seems to be the hardest decision...I suppose most of them are wonderful but I want an amazing experience for everyone and not break them money wise. I have stayed at the villa del palmar ...i loved it but not quite sure I want my wedding there..i feel there more to experience

We are getting married in May of next year!  We are looking at Villa Del Arco -  my family goes every year and my fiance proposed there this year.  We are just waiting on a few must haves to confirm they can make the trip, and then we will book it!  So excited.

I am a 2012 bride as well and also have nothing set in stone yet.  Right now the date is supposed to be May 25, 2012 but I have to wait until the beginning of next month to make sure my babe's orders don't send him somewhere else.  I am so excited and am definitely getting married in Cabo; I just don't know where yet!! I am narrowing it down and this website has been SUCH a great help.

I am a 2012 bride! Date is not set yet but June or July! I know that is considered the hottest months but I am from Texas so heat doesnt scare me : ) I am not doing a resort wedding but rather at a Villa in Pedregal! I have a lot planned so far because I am a wedding coordinator so shoot me any questions or thoughts you have!! LOve these forums! I am going down to Cabo in September too to meet with my vendors and start getting things rolling!!

Congrats everyone! I agree, this site has been super helpful, there is so much information I've gotten from here that has really gotten my butt in gear! lol! I didn't realize just how much planning there is, even with a destination wedding! We finally set our date, April 18, 2012! Getting married at the Iberostar Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica, woo hoo!! Have fun planning ladies!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
