Vargas - it comes with a nutritional plan that can help guide you or you can follow it exactly.  Whichever you choose.

Once you start Insanity and you see what your body goes thru, how hard u r pushing yourself, how the results start to show, how your body is changing and how much motivation and determination it takes to stick it out....the last thing on your mind (usually) is falling off the wagon/cheating/binging/etc.  Sometimes its tough to hit PLAY but once you get thru the first week its easier and you sometimes look forward to it.  Just be consistent and it is guaranteed to provide the changes you want.

Well unfortunately they were not digital - they are actual 4x6 hard copy photos.  I already have them in the book and ready to be wrapped for him.  I plan on scanning all of them into the computer once we get back and he has seen them all.  So sorry girls.  I couldn't afford to buy the digital images - they were so over priced.

Great advice.  I actually had to double up some workouts this week as the last weekend I feel behind with too much going on and travelling.  I find I don't crave junk I crave healthy foods, veggies and lentils were my choice yesterday which is just so funny as there was a time when I would have wanted a bag of chips! I curse Shaun T everyday but when I get through that workout I feel awesome.  I am starting to see and feel a difference in my body and it just make me more motivated to keep going.

Question for you ladies.  I am find my ankles are really sore, my right this week has actually been quite painful with the jumping.  I am considering taking a week or a few days off (1 week shy of my recovery week) to see if it makes a difference.... did anyone else experience pain in their ankles?  I think it may jsut be strengthening because I am not used to so much jumping but thought I would see with all the other Insanity Brides out there!

Well "I'm tore up from the floor up" as I like to say.  I have issues with both feet, ankles, knees and hips. (I'll be in a wheelchair in about 10 yrs - told David to get ready LOL)

I have had a few surgeries in those areas so I can't say whether my pain/discomfort was from doing Insanity or doing Insanity with the injuries I have.

So to actually answer your question finally YES I do feel pain - sometimes the knee, next day the hip, next day my toes.  The jumping takes a big toll on your body so it could easily be from that since its so much for your body to get used to.  What type of surface do you do it on?  I realized that when I did it at David's place on the carpet it wasn't too bad.  When I did it at my mom's on hard wood it hurt a lot more.

Thanks sxcT... I can't believe all the injuries but I love your saying for it!  I have been very lucky as not to have too many injuries though I previously have had ankle issues from sports they were never serious (sprains, minor fractures).  I find when I am doing the workout my right ankle just kills for some reason but mostly only with jumping, bouncing etc. It has become sore through the day and when I walk and what not but nothing I can't "push through"

I do the workout on a yoga exercise mat to help with shock absorbance for my neighbour below and also my body I guess so I would think that would be better.... Not sure if I should take a few days or just push through it!

Hello Ladies! You are all a wonderful inspiration to me! I have heard so many scary things about insanity but after reading this thread it really makes me want to try it! I've been doing a variety of Jillian Michaels videos over the past 6 months and have lost about 8 lbs and have drastically toned up.

I'm not getting married til Nov 2012 so I most likely won't start the insanity until next summer.

Is there a website everyone bought their DVDs for cheap?  I don't want to get a bootlegged copy that doesn't work but I also don't want to pay full price!

Congrats to all you ladies that are rocking it and I can't wait to start in about 6 months!  woot.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
