Thanks Acutie, I love your website! I might be stealing a few wordings on there, I'm definitely way behind getting our website ready for viewing! I wonder what deesanders is up to, too?

 

Sarah, I can't thank you enough for the applevacations tip! So far the rate is $114, hopefully with they have it combined with a good air rate! By the way when is your wedding week again? I thought about doing the barefoot sandals, but I was worried that the sand would be too hot?!? I don't know if that's really logical to talk myself out of it but that's how it worked out! haha. I'm 5'3" but since I have a knock-off with no train or details on the skirt, I'm just going to have it adjusted to floor length so I can wear these shoes, which I'm so obsessed with!!!

Thanks guys on the compliments on the webpage! Def take whatever wording you need, I took a lot from other brides here. It was a huge help.

 

JB:I almost bought those same shoes! I love them, they are so cute.  I was actually just looking at them to wear every day but they will go with your wedding colors perfectly.

 

Sarah:I am on my way to Target today! I will check out the dollar aisle for sure.  We are also planning a big "housewarming" party for June so I need to get some cute decorations for that too.  We are having around 120 people to the party so it will be bigger than our wedding, ha ha! We live on a lake, so I am going to try to keep them all out on the beach, but I don't know how well that will work out.  So I need cute outdoor stuff to put on tables and things.

 

Anyone have a good website for paper laterns? I want some for the party the I could possibly take to Punta Cana.

Hey girls....Sorry I've been out of the loop :(   JB  those are the bags I got at xmas shops!  I got them in blue, pink, yellow, green & white.  I also bought a bunch of other stuff u posted...the silver pic holders and the glass vases.....lol  Cute sandals:)  Acutie great job on the website!!! It took me awhile to do mine too but I didnt do it all in one shot either.  Also IKEA has paper lanterns that are solar powered so if you leave them outside in the day there charged and will last all night, then you dont have to wory about the cords...You just hang them.   Sarah did u get the straw bags at target?  There adoreable, I just thought they were a bit heavy.  Love the foot Jewels!  I'm also going to need that wedge heal, Im only 5'2......Hopefully you girls get those contracts tomm:)

Moniwoni, thanks for suggesting IKEA! I will definitely check it out... I wanted to do a big clump of paper lanterns but wasn't sure where I could plug it in if I wanted an outdoor reception by the pool. That would definitely help! Amazing we have a lot of the same stuff from Xmas tree shop! LOL. I love that place and it's literally walking distance from where I live. I might even get the starfish from there, depending on whether I would use a lot for the escort cards--- instead of buying it bulk online. Love the website, might steal some wording from there as well! haha.

Target has paper lanterns in their dollar section right now as well!  I think they may have been a few bucks but I was concerned with plugging them in as well!  Maybe I will go back and pick some up just in case the hotel will let us use them!  I ended up getting green and pink bags but they were not the cute straw ones, These were lighter and woven. I will take pic this week and post!  Hope to have some good news posted in the morning!!!!

Is anyone else getting annoyed about not getting responses from the WC? I'm getting VERY annoyed!!! ugh, I feel like I've sent 5 seperate e-mails with questions and the only response I got back are the wedding packages docs and the cc forms!!! Hello? I already submitted that and you've charged me to book the date, I am trying to patiently wait for a confirmation along with more info on extras pricing and options... And they respond to me like it's the first time I've contacted them??!!!???? OMG I might go insane!!!!

OK I'm over venting, sorry about that... Anyway wanted to get your opinions on this dress for BM's... I was going for a simple and flowy dress... my BM's are in all types of shapes and sizes, something else to consider. Oh and do  you girls think this is orange or is this more a coral? Thanks!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
