    Now, for real, all we need is some final touch-ups (paint, cabinets, etc.) and then a major cleaning job ... and we're done! So close, we're SO close!

    I think Paul did a fabulous job on this backsplash ... he even designed it, for the most part!

          We SHOULD be done! I think you built your house faster than we did our kitchen!

          But we definitely haven't put a rush on it - so it's partially our fault. But we're close!

            Looks great Ann. Question, how do you pull the sockets forward so they sit flush with the back splash? I want to do a back splash in our kitchen, but I'm afraid too.. :-)

              i know they desgined it that way - but i will ask paul exactly what they did since the original kitchen didn't have a backsplash.

                Ha! When I first looked I wondered why you also did blue tiles! Now I see they are wiring boxes.

                  well, we're cleaning the kitchen today and putting it back together - so expect finished pictures soon!

                    Our kitchens look similar. They put the backsplash in while were gone. It's very neutral like yours- except I like the pop of color you got in it.

                    oh that is what Will wants to do once we get a house...I will be saving your finished pics to my idea file.
