I don't have enough posts to open ,.the file, but paleo diet will get you the same thing. I'm strength training ang following the diet loosely (i kept the dairy but cut the carbs in half and increased protein). I'm losing about 1-2 lbs a week consistently over the past 10weeks and I don't feel deprived because it's just better food choices, good luck ladies!
