Kathy I love this suit!  What fabric did you order?  It looks like it fits him perfectly.  And yes, my FI would totally do something like set up his back drop and model these.  LOL.  Thanks for the pic!

I mean Ive been eating the same for about 8 months now and lost 28 pounds just by eating right, I try to eat 6 small meals a day, do you think I should be eating more now that Ive added in exercise?

Brandy don't get discouraged!!  It sounds like you're losing weight the correct way and that by changing your lifestyle, it will stay off.  I've always thought that losing weight is about 90% diet.  I run about 15 miles a week when I'm not training for a race and get upwards of 40ish miles in when I have a marathon coming up.  No matter that I'm burning all of those calories running, I notice in my hips and abdomen if I eat poorly several days in a row.  If I just eat more clean for a few days, I can lean back out.  What I find most difficult is to find healthy choices to eat when I'm running around like crazy at the hospital.  I try to bring protein bars and other healthy choices but don't always succeed when that Mexican bar in the cafeteria calls my name...

Long story short (too late!), KEEP IT UP and you'll meet your goal.  You're bound to plateau a bit from time to time.  I don't worry a whole bunch about my overall weight, I just pay attention to how my clothes fit.  You should be quite proud of yourself for getting that many pounds off sensibly already:)

I ordered mine from this same etsy seller a week ago and am so excited to get mine!  She's doing them in a 2" wedge flip flop with a deep purple ribbon and rhinestone starfish.  Thanks for the tip Lady!

Thanks for the OOT bag suggestions!!  Now I just need to find where I can buy all this stuff for cheap!!  I've been looking online but to get wholesale prices you have to buy SO many!!  I guess I could hit up target or the dollar store??

I LOVE your idea for the quilt guestbook!!!  I was thinking about buying a polaroid camera and having people take pics and put them in a book where they can write a message.  Not sure if I'm def doing this though b/c the camera and films are kind of pricy.  I also saw something where they had a variety of shells and people wrote on the shell.  Then you can put them in a vase or around a picture frame.  Hmmm what to do???

I love that white suit with the blue shirt!!  My FI and his boys got light khaki suits.  I think I'm just going with white shirts and not sure about ties...who's all making their men wear ties???

Cute starfish flip flops!!!  I'm def wearing flip flops just not sure what kind yet!

As for weight loss....muscle def weighs MORE than fat.  I've played sports my whole life and according to the scale have always been overweight.  Don't worry about what the scale says, just go by your clothes.  I try to do cardio and weight lift.  Intervals are a really good way to drop some lbs too.  I'm good with the working out part but I'm HORRIBLE at keeping food out of my mouth.  What can I say I LOVE food haha!

Lisa - it is my sister. The last time was before Christmas and we could all tell it was just a fight. This time is for good... he's not allowed to break her heart more than once.

I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for 2 days now and eff I'm sore! I go to the gym like twice, three time a week but what she can do to me in 20 min is amazing! I don't need to lose any weight, but I would like to tone up a bit, so I hope she can do that for me. :)

Mortgage broker will be over in 2 hours! EEP! I'm excited.

Oh, and ladies, I just wanted to remind you how awesome you all are and how tremendously supportive a group of strangers can be just amazes me. :) <3

Haha boys are so silly sometimes! Definitely entertaining! So we got the shirts from Macys back when it was the end of summer so everything was on clearance, we actually had to find 7 of them because the groomsmen are wearing them also but with white dress shorts. The brand is club room and it says vintage fit on the tag. I think i found it

Ok, I guess Im going to have to tell my trainer i have to wrap up earlier so I can get back and get caught up on all these posts lol!!!!

Laura and Teira, I absolutely love the designs you came up with, your bags are going to look amazing, I cant wait to see the final product!!!!

btw for those who asked its the "linen suit" material (white) with satin lined in the pants...we did our own measurments but just beware the fabric does not stretch or give so just keep that in mind when you are doing measurements. I think it looks perfect on my FI but if he goes to bend over or hug someone he may rip it so he has to be careful! LOL

BRandy (and anyone else) again yep everyone is right, in fact I was laying in bed last night after i signed off and thought I should have mentioned someting about dietas well. Portion control is a huge factor to weight loss.  Eating after 8 at night is a big no-no.  I lost 40 pounds after my baby from doing P90X and I now incoorporate Turbo Jam with it just to mix it  up.  1wk of P90X and the next week is Turbo Jam.  I stick to mostly a low carb (healthy carb) diet and try to keep as much organic food as possible.  This  works great for me.  I am NOT a dietician but I am pretty healthy and I know what works for myself.  As far as carbs go you can now even buy spaghetti that is orgainc brown rice spaghetti...it's super delicious and my 2 yr old loves it. Bread is another one that people tend  tofear but again sticking to a all grain bread is very good for you and full of fiber.  Lots of water is another key factor to especially with the amount you are working out alot.I always have water around me.  Finally, don't deprive yourself of deliciousfood either, there is alot of ways to cook using heathy alternatives....google isyour best friend.  And remember cheat days are always incredible at the end of the week but just don't overdo it..

                      Hope this helps...

Tris..We are trying to buy right now too....stress??!?!?!?  lol Just need to find that perfect place to call home!
