If you want I can email you the organizer I created for the wedding... Mayte said it was the most helpful and organized spread sheet that she had ever seen. It will definitely get you started. And whenever you have a question, there is space for you to write it at the bottom so that you can keep track of things you will want to ask later. Once you have filled out all the info you can then just send one big email to Mayte with all of your questions. Let me know if you want me to send it to you.

I'm looking to get married in March 2014 and getting a location locked in is on my list to do this week.

We are having a site visit next month, and I want to have a great idea of what I should be asking when I arrive before my fiancé has a fit about the prices.  He is going to faint if I don't prepare him in advance...lol.  Thanks ladies!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
