Yea for Patty's Day! One of our friends is making homemade corned beef and invited us over for dinner! I'm pretty sure that I saw boxty and Guiness on the nutrition guide for today :o)

And Amy I think that mixing the 2 programs will give some really good results. I stopped running while I did P90X and I'm hoping that Insanity will help build up my endurance.

Ooo fun Autumn! I've never had traditional Irish food before! Definitely on the diet for today at least

That's the thing Insanity really did for me, my endurance is pretty crazy now. It made going back to P90X a LOT easier. Insanity also did good stuff for the ab area which is always pretty priceless, especially since Shawn T. hates doing sitting abs.

Hi saza! I'm so happy to hear of someone else that has stuck with it! I'm doing P90X right now and can totally tell that Insanity helped. I loaned the dvds my one of my GFs who is getting married in Oct and she has seen some great results too. Keep up the hard work!

Ok just to let you guys know Ive been doing the gym in the AM and while in NY ive been doing Insanity. Im dying to try it for a whole month straight. I did however do 2 weeks of it back at the house and it was intense. It almost made me puke at one point! LOL With that said even if you think you have endurance etc and you think your in shape this program will make you rethink "how much you can take" lmao! Its amazing!!! Once i get back to NY im going to take a before and after pic and do it for the full 60 days and report back!

I thought I would chime in here...I finished my first round of Insanity a couple weeks ago and am totally hooked. It is AWESOME. It's so hard, but it definitely produces results. I also followed the nutrition guide very strictly in the beginning but then began venturing out, although I still eat 5 or 6 "clean" meals per day and stick within the calorie range. The thing I liked about Insanity is you don't need any equipment. I recently started ChaLean Extreme. It's ok, but I missed Insanity, so I've been doing both. I would highly, highly recommend Insanity. But, as with any exercise program, you have to eat well or you won't see results. 80% of losing weight/getting in shape is diet.

I wanted to re-ignite the Insanity chat. I love, love, love this program. The only program I've ever stuck to was old-school Power 90. I've never stuck with P90X for more than a month. However, I actually enjoy Insanity and am seeing some fantastic results. I'm trying to get 2 rounds in before a trip to Ireland in September. :)
