Martha Stewart Vision in White

Sorry I haven't been on teh forum in awhile but Sandals nor Beaches will allow outside vendors, - I am really suprised that Floral fantasies would not advise you of this as I am positive they know about the policy!

For the flowers this has more to do with their contract with MS -although they never have allowed outside vendors! The only exception at this time is for photography and that is with a 3 night stay.

Many brides think they do this because if price gouging - and of course they do mark up the arrangements however most resorts have gone this route because of quality control.

If you order from an outside vendor and something gets messed up - often times a bride will post a bad review about their wedding and neglect the part that the flowers or whatever were actually from an outside vendor! AND the bride fully expects the resort WC to scramble to fix it! Soooo if the resort maintains complete quality control they can be sure that everything is stress free!

Outside vendors is compeletly different than a set up fee- the set up fee

That way, they can pick the shade that looks best on them and spend as much money as they want since they are already spending to come to our wedding. It isn't set in stone yet but that is what I am thinking. The flowers on the table have a greenish/yellowish hue so I think it will look nice.

I think as long as you differentiate the white bridesmaid dresses from you as the bride that will be really pretty. I have even seen a lot of weddings that have everyone wear white! Bottom line, it is your wedding and you can do whatever you want! :)
Yellow always looks great with an ocean drop of blue! Great choice!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
