I looked and looked around for engraved shot glass, or something with a funny saying, but only needed 11 and couldn't find 1 place who would sell me that little amount. so I went to dollarama, and bought 3 shot glasses for $1. But still really wanted to personalize them. I searched and searched but couldn't come up with anything. I have no artistic hand in my bone, so I took a label from a shot glass on the internet and she resized it. I even added my name with photoimpression (whoever has photo shop I am sure could do a lot better job) It's perfect for those Jamaica brides!

I went to staples and bought label sticker paper. Printed them on. I will use book protector to make it slightly waterproof. Pics to come.

Hope it helps someone.

I'm working on fan labels. We will be back in a day or 2 to add those as well.

I tried the double sided tape, but it wouldn't stick to the glass, so I say def print them on sticky label paper. You can def tape up the front to make it water proof, or you can use book protector (the stuff teacher's made you put on your books at school)
then just cut around the wording, and there is your label!

Thank you :)
yes I saw that thread, I have no idea how she did it. Putting the same label , many of them on one sheet, I tried but didn't work out for me. Anyhow.. they were free and the window decal was $9 plus shiping.

exactly!!! it's why I just went this way. I found a website that had a whole bunch of different glasses with different sayings, took 1 and rezized it and put our date on it.
I know it def wont be dishwasher safe, but it's def washable (I've been washing them after putting the labels on for the true test) and it's been fine, not peeling at all!
Good luck!! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
