My dress fits great! Now what do I do to kep it that way?

Hi Girls! I am Sara. My wedding (4/18/10) is still few months to go, but I can hardly wait! We are doing it on the beach in Cancun with family and few close friends.

 

I need good advise on a fitness and diet routine that will help me stay exactly how I am - I received my gown few days ago (a breath takingly beautiful Rhyme Couture chiffon sheath gown) and it fits like my second skin!! However since I like the exact way it fits now I can't gain or loose 1 inch!! You all know how our weight fluctuate right? Is there a way to control that to the minimal? I know I have to put the gown on every few days to make sure I am the same. Any advise will be appriciated!!smile03.gif

hi Sara,

 

welcome to the site :) check out the fitness threads on the forum, but if you're not wanting to lose or gain, your best bet is to make sure you eat the same as you are now, and exercise the same as you are now.

 

congrats on your upcoming wedding and HAPPY PLANNING!

Check out the work out thread Sara. I feel your pain though. My dress fitted perfectly when I chose it in Sept 2009 and my wedding is still 3 months away. I'm hoping it's just as nice when I get the call when it's in! Good luck with everything!
