How much is it to buy the p90x (or whatever it's called lol) - I have been doing really well the last 6 weeks, but I know that a month before I will want to go INTENSE and tone. So I was wondering which one was better for that p90x or the 30 day shred. I am thinking of buying one. But it looked like you need weights and stuff for the p90x, and I just want somethign I can do in my living room every day! what do you recommend?

Since this is my first BL I was wondering if we do a 6 week update. (ie, BachataBride has lost 3.0% in 6 weeks) I was thinking a mid-challenge update might light a fire under my ass!!! (and wow...I can't believe we will be halfway through next week!)

well technically we weighed in 6 weeks ago to start, so does that mean its 6 weeks? For weighing in since first weigh in it will only be 5... thoughts?

giving the totals ahead-of-time has been discussed in i think EVERY season of BL, lol! it is usually debated but then shot down bc some people will feel defeated and just give up since they have no way of winning. then again, it always came up at the end of the contest, just before the final weigh-in. i don't think a midway percentage total would do any harm.

back on topic, sure i ate a ton for val-day but we also did a ton of wii fit over the weekend. i know the majority of you girls work out all hardcore on a daily basis, so this will sound ridic to you, but i was surprised to find that i am capable of running a mile. i honestly thought i would likely die long before the one mile mark, but i ran a 1.5 miles and not only lived but prob could have gone on longer.

 

of course when i say "ran" i am using that word very loosely. it's more like a light jog, haha. small victories.
