oh this is great! i need some motivation for sure.

Try this in the morning and kick-start your metabolism to give you some early morning energy. Before showering try:

50 step lunges

50 calf-raises

20 push-ups

30 sit-ups

touch your toes 20 times

If repeated everyday, you will feel the difference within two weeks.

I'm going to give this a try- I'm more of an evening work out person but if I can work this in plus a work out at night I should be doing pretty well! FI and I have been putting together an exercise room at home- we bought an elliptical second hand, and some free weights and he just put together the weight bench we bought this weekend. I hope that having this space at home will keep me motivated- we'll see! Now that Thanksgiving is over I really have to take a look at how we're eating too- keep those food tips coming please ladies!

Just joined Fit Day and think it's really going to help! Thanks for the link. I tried your recipe LDeeken - it's delicious! Not a fan of mushrooms so I left them out but it's still very filling. I'm going to try Midnight24's morning exercises this week - thanks everyone! There's nothing like sharing a common goal :)

Started back with weights Monday - did a leg work out and OMG am I sore!!!!

I thought I was looking pretty good till FI took pics of me in my halloween costume this weekend and I still look chunky in the gut and legs with a ton of cellulite. I wanted to lose another 12 pounds - I'm worried if I lose more i won't be able to keep it off but the pictures were awful to me!!! I'm seriously considering liposuction - I'm going to ask the weight dr on Friday.

OMG doesn't lipo take a huge amount of time to heal? and you don't even see the true results for after a year??

I have slacked this past week - but to my defense I've been sick and delirious, as well as the rest of the family!! So I've had minimal energy but still eating well, a little too well!!...I did try on my dress and could zip it up no problem! With room to spare!! YAY!! I could even spin it around to clip the little zipper hook thingy!!

But...my back and arms are what I really need to tone for my dress and my butt and thighs are what I really need to tone for my Bikini...if I make into one!!

I've been doing lunges and leg lifts but the process is sooooooo slow, I hope my metabolism kicks in soon and things start melting - Wish it was as easy as when I was 20 :o)

Jerseykitten - Let us know your decision once you talk to your weight Dr, I'll be interested in what you decide to do!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
