That's true, I would have one extra bag and my FI would have one extra. Then I could have my family bring some :) I'm sure I will bring way too much stuff! I think that I will buy everything here because I know once I get to Mexico, I'm not going to feel like shopping around!

One less detail to worry about when you get there. I need that comfort that I have those little details taken care off. I freak out when I get stressed about small things.... I am trying to arrange as much as I can here before I leave.

im not doing anything like that but i think you should do whatever you can before you go.to me once your on that plane it party time you dont want to carry on the planning when you get there.and at least like susie says its peace of mind knowing that things are sorted.

 

its my birthday today 34 omg just off to the hairdressers to get ready for an evening out.

 

have a good weekend ladies

Well happy birthday gals. I ordered the bridesmaids dresses today. They are gorgeous and look good on all my girls. Phew another item off the list. Now to find the guys stuff and basically we are set. i am moving here this month so my surfing will be much less. Every couple days instead of 6 times a day like I am now haha. Happy planning all.

I really didn't start doing anything until Sept. I have had the date set for almost a year. I guess I thought I had tons of time, it really crept on us. I was feeling very stressed a few weeks ago, however now I have big stuff checked off the long list. Doing better the past week. I have to say my little network has gotten tons of attention with this wedding planning. Thank god for the interenet!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks alot ladies i have now sobered up and feel safe posting again lol.i am off work this week and it is fi,s bday today so we may end up at the pub again.

 

mwcfarms,great job on the bridesmaid dresses + gifts.i was exactly like susie i did,nt do anything for ages and then we were like s**t we need to do something and now most of it is done.what colour have you gone for?

 

susie,i have heard lots about oktoberfest when do you go?can i ask how old you are hehe.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
