4:30 on the beach CEREMONY

530 to 630 cocktail hour ( location undecided ) i really want it on the beach but i dont know if they can make it more private, and lorena hasnt answered me!!!

7-11 reception

i know the 7 to 11 is the best time for the reception im just confused about ceremony times and cocktail hour. any advice would be great especially if anyone is getting married at a similar time and has heard back from their coordinator with advice on this. thank you!!

also im not sure how long the ceremony is (symbolic) so do i do the cocktail hour immediately after, or wait a little so i can go take pictures and then possibly get to attend some of the cocktail hour ? like have a 1/2 hour in between ceremony & cocktail hr ? ???

Hello Emily!

I'm getting married in April and im having my ceremony at 4.00 on the beach.

Cocktail hour 6.00-7.00 on the beach. i'm guessing the ceremony will end at 4.30ish, then we will have group photos 4.30-5.00ish

Like you, i want would like to go to my cocktail hour; so while me and my furture husband are having our photos taken my guests are going to have a drink a the Barracuda bar on the beach. (and they are not staying at DRC so i think they will be  happy having a look around for a hour). I really want to see the Mexican trio!

Reception 7.00-10.00 Seaside Grill

Note: I did not get my answers from Lorena or Evangelina since 13th, I called yesterday, and Lorena had her day off, so I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow with her,  I'm putting  them to the test  to see if they can pull up my wedding with only 2 days, thanks to their lack of communication by email. I'm not worry, I'm actually overjoyed I'm going to see my family soon and they are going to meet my future husband...

Good Luck and have fun!
