Can anyone tell me what past brides have gave for tips & who all too please. I know I have read it somewhere here way back?

We are a group of 35 plus two small children. We have decided to put bride & groom at head table then do 4 other tables to fill up. Wouldn't make much sense to separate wedding party from spouses as I have 5 bridesmaids(tables would be empty) lol Hope this helps you

I have two questions 1. What time does the barracuda beach stay open til? 2. Is the bride responsible to pay for her bridesmaids hair & make up?

Can anyone tell me the name of a bar my guests can go to after the ceremony as I need to put in the program so they will know. We are not having a cocktail hour so they need to gather somewhere until the reception starts at 6on the pool deck & the ceremony will be at 4. I'm not sure of the length of the ceremony and how long pictures will take? Any suggestions???

Looking for help with making up a program letter to give our guests? If anyone has a sample of what they used would be a great help! I am wondering what order to put the wedding ceremony in & what all I should include in it? On the one side I have a welcome note, in loving memory section & a meet & greet Info for a tour we are doing. On the next page I want to do wedding Day - order of ceremony with songs included but do not know the order they do it all in? Should I also include names of bridal party as well? Congrats!! My wedding is in Feb2013. Just a few questions? When you booked rooms was the wedding group all together or spread out? Is it hard to request different rooms once you arrive? My ceremony is at the gazebo & I think we are just going to rent the sound system & do music our selfs for ceremony & reception? We are having 34 guests coming so the extra costs are adding up quickly. Looking at ways to save on a few items? I took the ultimate package. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have a question for any brides who have already been to the dreams about the booking of the rooms? I know when you book they tell you that what ever you request is not a quarantee but when you arrive is it pretty easy to upgrade your guests rooms & do they try & put the wedding party in one area of the hotel or are you all spread out? Any info would be very helpful, thanks

I know I read somewhere along the way of how payment is made to the resort for the wedding package etc.but cannot find it. Can anyone tell me how they paid for their wedding once at the resot? does it have to be credit card or ??? thank you for your help

Can someone tell me how many tablecovers do we need for 40 guests & are they all round tables?what size do I need to order for tables? having our recept on the pool deck? Want to bring the chair sashes as well, do we need to bring the white covers for recept or do they supply? Will use chair sashes for ceremony & recept. So many things to know, hopefully I get it all right!! Any info is greatly appreciated!

Yes we are getting married on Feb 13/13. Picked that month as we are from Alberta & everyone Is ready to go somewhere warm! Benn to Mexico in feb before & it was really nice!

Have anyone heard of the isla majeres catermeran tour? It sounds like you can book a large group for a very good price!

Was there seating set up for guests or did you have to pay for that set up Does anyone have a sample of their schedule for wedding day that they will give their guest to follow? Your pictures are beautiful!!! You looked amazing in your dress:) I am having the ceremony at the gazebo & the recept on the pool deck. Cocktail hour is at the north jacuzzi. My questions are that I would like to know if they can supply material for decorating the gazebo? Are the tables for recept round and how big as I will bring coverings for them. Do they supply the white covers for the chairs? There are so many things unknown and I can see what you mean by staying on top of it all! The wind is a concern to me as well? We want a dJ as well but wow things sure add up in a hurry! The packages only include dinner for 20 then you pay extra, we are having 40 guests. Hard to believe you have to pay so much more for meals when it's an all-inclusive lol

Sorry to hear your day did not go as planned! what are your suggestions as to how to avoid this happening to others? I hope the rest of your stay was a good experience! Where did you originally want your recept? We have reserved our locations & now I'm a bit concerned?
