It all depends on what your are looking for......according to the link, check it out, it says the sun will set at 6:29. So you will be getting married and exchanging vows when the sun is setting. That will be beautiful!!! Very pretty! The Ceremony only lasts about 20-30 mins.

You can always do photos before! My Photographer recommended we get married at 3. Just so we can get pictures and then enjoy the whole evening with our guests! The sun sets for us around 5:05.

Good luck!! :-)

Hi !! Iâ€m getting married on December 3ed also(as are two more)! We booked the ultimate and have 40 guests. They havenâ€t been very good about communication with me however my impression is that they are very busy and do this stuff all the time. They seem to have it all figured out and no need to stress in anyway because it seems that the only variable for the wedding is the guests and the bride and groom. I think they are able to put the wedding together very quickly. I have even spoken with brides that didnâ€t even do any planning until they arrived at the resort and they said it all turned out beautifully!

Don't stress out about Ana being gone - I've heard from Yazmin and Gabriela twice since Ana left - just make sure you've kept your emails from Ana so you can bring them to Mexico with you.  I know it's hard, but just be patient, they're focusing on brides whose weddings are right around the corner.

When you purchase the ultimate wedding package, how much extra do you plan on spending on top of that??? I've heard you get 50 free pictures but then they expect you to puchase all of them which could come out to over $500 which is fine, but I heard they only accept cash? Anyone else know about this?

I am planning just purchasing the whole disc as well and have them print out the 50 free pics in the album and you also get a 30 minute edited dvd of the ceromny which is really nice. I would love to know what the actually price is for the whole disc as well...and does anyone know if they only accept cash or can you add this into your wedding invoice?

--We bought our sand ceremony frame from amazon.  It's the umbra ether frame in espresso and we caulked the glass panes.  The glass bottles with the sand were about a dollar a piece from Michael's. We didn't get these back :(

--I'm not sure if we had the equipment for a certain amount of time, he just told us he had to pack up and go at that time.  I've heard that you can keep partying until 11 or 1130.  We were so hot and tired that it didn't matter.  Some of us went to Desires afterwards.

--No rehearsal.  We didn't have a bridal party so it just didn't seem like a priority for us.  In hindsight, I should've told my dad what to say.  But it's better than he fumbled!!

Let me know if I can answer any more questions.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
