i'm praying for all of us...

keep up the good work!!

i only lost .8 lb this week but could not exercise at all sad.gif

I hurt my ankle and went and got an x-ray and they told me I have 3 bone spurs. They are very painful and I will likely need to have them shaved down (ouch).. going to an orthopedic surgeon next friday.

I think I'm going to try and focus on strength training and maybe do some supersets to work in some cardio as basically I can't run, walk, jog, elliptical, or bike... what a setback sad.gif

Katie - yikes that's scary! Good luck with that and keep us posted!! BTW, a .8 loss is better than a .8 gain! wink.gif

FI and I are back on track!! We've moved in to our new house and things are getting back to normal now. We bought groceries and filled up the fridge with great food. No cheating for me until Sat! Only 6 more days...sigh...lol

Kathy, we need to stick together girl!!! My new re-start date is this sunday. FI and I plan on doing the 3 week priming phase again. I've honestly been off track since the beg. of october. I weighed myself at my mom's last week (since my scale was packed somewhere!! lol) and it looked like I gained about 4 lbs, which isn't great, but not too bad either.

WE CAN DO THIS GIRL!!!!!!!!! cheer2.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
