that's some good ideas Katie. I always struggle on what to eat on those days. Usually I just eat low gi/gl foods!

Katie - I am sorry you are sick. Chicken noodle soup sounds like a good thing to eat or really any of the Healthy Choice soups usually have very low fat and should work?

Looking at your signature, you have already come a long ways - congrats!!!

          Thanks!
Hopefully a good weigh-in tomorrow will move that slider a bit more to the right :)

that's going to be tough!! but you can do it :)
suggestion: do an egg white omelette so you can add the cheese as the 'fat' .. it will be much tastier than a plain full egg omelette..

well I don't honestly know how this has happened but I lost 2 lbs this week! WOOOOOOOOOOO!! I seriously ate junk, so I think the weight loss gods were on my side this week! Now, I'm only 0.8 lbs up from my lowest on the diet. SO, cheat day today and back to the diet tomorrow!

                    exactly Amy!!!

We are going out for breakfast this morning with my parents, so the diet probably won't be happening but for the rest of the day, I'm back on it baby and my mom is going to try it out also, wooo!

Good morning girls! well I am on Day 2 today. Yesterday was fine - I find that I can control myself at home - but at work is a different story!

I dont think I have ever started a diet the week of Thanksgiving - haha. Just going to stick to turkey and veg this year - and I guess a sweet potato since it'll be a High GI day. I'd rather cheat on Saturday when I can go get wings and drink beer! :) Who wants to cheat on stuffing?!?! yuck!

Hope you all have a good week!!!
