I start Sunday - and have a brunch w/ the girls after golf..... hmmm, omlette with side salad it is! And coffee - no blood mary :-(

suggestion: do an egg white omelette so you can add the cheese as the 'fat' .. it will be much tastier than a plain full egg omelette..

We are going out for breakfast this morning with my parents, so the diet probably won't be happening but for the rest of the day, I'm back on it baby and my mom is going to try it out also, wooo!

I dont think I have ever started a diet the week of Thanksgiving - haha. Just going to stick to turkey and veg this year - and I guess a sweet potato since it'll be a High GI day. I'd rather cheat on Saturday when I can go get wings and drink beer! Who wants to cheat on stuffing?!?! yuck!
