VERY upset with Bittersweet Wedding designs right now!

That is wrong and BS! Did you get paid for the flowers you needed to get from another vendor because of all this trouble?

I did receive some money in my paypal account from Bittersweet to cover the cost of my last minute bouquet, but the deposit is still pending because Bittersweet doesn't have enough money in her paypal account to cover the cost.. I hope it goes through...

If I don't receive money for my bouquet and the cost of the flower order which I never received, I am going to file a complaint to BBB and will also take her to court. My sister is a lawyer and will represent me for free :)

But for now I'm going to do what you've said and just concentrate on marrying my love in the D.R.! :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. I had ordered my flowers from Bittersweet but luckily I ordered them super early so even when they were late they were still on time i still have 3 months till my wedding and I have had them for 2 months already. The product was amazing she did a great job, but there defiently was sommunication issues when the flowers were being worked on and delivered. I really hope you get your flowers or get the money gor real flowers!

ACK! These posts are making me very worried! I've been having such a hard time getting a hold of this vendor - In the beginning it was very quick and sharp, and I was very impressed. But the last few weeks, I hadn't heard peep - so I emailed. Then I emailed again. Then I emailed again. Then I tried calling a few times, and finally was able to leave a message today (before it kicked me off the voice mail). I'm hoping Crystal will get back to me. I have plenty of time before the wedding, but I really don't like not hearing anything - and would appreciate the contact. Otherwise, I can move on to another vendor, while I still have plenty of time.

 

I hope everyone else's flowers worked out, or at least they were able to get their money back. I was so impressed with Crystals customer service - I hope this is just a bad streak, and that she gets back on the ball.

 

I will keep everyone up to date on when I hear from her.

That's so sad! I would be flipping out, your flowers getting there should be the last thing you think about with your wedding so close.

 

It was nice for her to come on here and tell her side and what she was going to do to remedy the situation. But it's too bad she didn't follow through.

In my limited experience buying and selling things online(and being a procrastinator), if someone is making THAT many excuses, there is a problem. Sure everyone has a hard time sometimes and shipping can be mixed up but it sounds like this happens more often then not.

Hi, Crystal called me back - and then emailed me a reply back. She is stating that I should have my flowers in time, and that they are just hitting a rough and busy patch right now. I can understand that, what with the Wedding season right now. I just really hope to get my flowers - we were going to include them in the engagement photos, if possible. I asked for them to be ready for the 1st of October... I guess we will see!

 

I'll keep everybody posted as to how things go on that front.
