It's taupe... the material is a bit shiny which you can't really tell in this photo but the suit is sooo nice! You can order from Le Chateau online... our best man got his 10% off when he bought online... wish we had of known that! Its a little lighter in person then it looks on him. But we did buy the matching jacket as we are having a catholic ceremony once we return so his mom said he needs a jacket to wear in the church (plus he can wear it as a suit afterwards) but it came to just under $500 for the pants, vest, and jacket and tie. The pants for the guys were only $89 which I thought was reasonable.

I really like the vest look unfortunately my groom and his groomsmen are all tall and bigger so they don't make the vests long enough for them looks like a belly shirt lol oh well

i am sure people are interested in what other grooms are wearing. Please post your groom's and GM's attire. Also, tell us where you bought it. Please insert the pic into the post (go to the link under the smilie box instead of attaching the file. If you don't know how to do this, it is pretty easy and there are instructions under the "how to navagate forum" section. _______________________________________________ Carly here, I am going to work on cleaning up this thread and remove all photos that are no longer valid and replace any links and attachments with photos in the members posting. If you notice that your photos have been deleted, feel free to repost or send me the photos and I'll add back to the original posting. _______________________________________________

We had a great experience ordering the guys linen vests (waistcoats) and trousers from Studiosuits.com. They are so affordable starting at $89 depending which fabric you use. We got the custom made ones and I'd recommend getting the guys measured by a professional seamstress. My mil is a seamstress so that definitely helped plus she was able to make slight alterations to a few of the suits. The quality, packaging and overall order experience was great. They emailed me to tell me they thought a few of my measurements were off and wanted to know if they could change them. These changes definitely did help! Imo suit jackets are too hot for the Caribbean if you're having a beach wedding and were more formal then we wanted. The guys wore their own brown belts and white shirts to save on costs which worked out perfectly. They all wore the same brown shoes. We did not do boutonnieres as my husband doesn't like them and it cut down on costs too. I did tons of research to figure out our groomsmen attire and how to differentiate the groom and in the end it worked out perfectly!  LL LL
I love your colors & the attire. Everyone looks great!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
