Dreams La Romana

Recommended Posts

Nicole, I will let Arnaud know about the referral when I next email him, which should be in the next couple of days. He's been so good about holding July 9th for me while I go back and forth about my choices.

Now I'm just waiting from Tiara to confirm that date is still available and it looks like I'm getting married!

I sure hope it's not 3 hours!!! we hoped 1.5 -2 hours max!! Otherwise we will have travelled from 7am Saturday morning to 11pm Saturday night just to get there!!! my guests and family will not be too impressed! Especially since we'll be on the shuttle from Punta Cana in the evening and not even be able to take in any sights!

So we got some real quick responses from Tiara there about two weeks ago and now nothing since then. Anyone else finding it hard to get a hold of her lately or should we email her again. I know before that it was usually a week and we would hear back. The question I had for her was about the beach recpetion you have to do a buffet and we were wodnering if there was pictures of how it would be set up.... And whether or not the food was on the beach which I assume it would be.

I have been waiting to hear back from Tiara as well. She has been taking longer than usual to get back to my past few emails. I was also inquiring about the beach reception since when I was first talking with her about it, she never mentioned to me that it has to be a buffet. I am waiting to hear back if I can have the Silver menu for my guests. If I hear anything, I will let you know.
Cheers!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
