I think it's great that everyone can be motivated and encouraged by this group. I think that we do this by percentage makes things pretty even.

 

I also wanted to say I downloaded the Lose It application and it's awesome! You put your current weight, your ideal weight, how many pounds you want to lose per week. It then tells you a suggested calorie intake and if you follow it, what date you should meet your goal by. I've been tracking my food on it, and it's a great help. You can track exercise as well.

I love it cause I always have my ipod w/ me and its so easy to enter everything in.

So sorry I brought up my opinion on the men. It's been taken WAY out of context. I have no issue w/ the men competing w/ us but did feel like it was a bit unfair, but watch out men!!! Jacilyn is gonna sneek up on you!!! I dont' have a choice, I have to lose it to fit in THE dress!!!

How is everyone w/ a buddy doing? I can't tell you how hestitant I was about the idea, but LOVE my buddy! She gets up so much earlier than me and I always have a motivational email waiting. I only hope I can be as much help to her as she has been to me!

Its the weekend ladies!! lets try and start the 1st weekend of the season off good and be good to ourselves! (I'm drinking a miami vice right now, HA!)

Pretty sure someone already said it, but they don't treat men and women any different on the BL show. And the last 2 seasons, a woman has won.





Scubadiva and Jacilyn - if you want your $$ back, just let me know. But if not, then let's drop the issue and lose some weight! Look at it as some extra motivation.

For the next season we can adjust the rules if enough people agree that men should either not be allowed, or should be treated differently. But since it wasn't in the rules at the start of this season, it wouldn't be fair to make that rule now - unless, of cousre, all paying participants agree. And I don't see that happening!

well, i didn't go for any walks, and i had a bleu cheese burger for lunch. oh, and fries. i'm not off to a great start! i do think i will be purchasing a Wii Fit this weekend though.

That is exactly how I felt Again I said im over it no big deal really!
