I worked my butt off at the gym yesterday and today and I just got home from hot yoga. I am still not sure if it will be enough.

So I'll start! Something I really struggle with is drinking enough water! I drink diet green tea all day! So I'll start it off kind of easy but i think some people might struggle with this as well. So for tomorrow I challenge everyone to only drink water! you can eat but the only liquid you consume is water! You'll feel great on Thursday!

I agree with hours working out, I just used 3 hrs as an example. Sounds like we all need some extra motivation this week!
