You'll look amazing! I had my shoot with Kamila this morning and it was fabulous and fun! I too, was a little self-conscious about this, but after the first couple of shots I started to loosen up a little bit. And Kamila was awesome and made me feel really comfortable. Relax! Emily will make you look fabulous, and Kamila will make you feel fabulous. She'll show you the shots too so you can see what works & what doesn't.
I didn't want to leave!

I also had my session with Kamila this past Saturday in NYC. I was a bit anxious about it until I got there and met her and Emily. Kamila is really kind and made me feel comfortable. She suggested poses and showed me the shots along the way. I decided to wear my riskiest outfit first so the rest of the session was a bit easier.
It was a great start to have a waaaay fabulous vamped makeup and hair style (out of the norm for me) thanks to Emily from Cheekadee (www.cheekadee.com). She gave me a great look and kept touching up my makeup and hair along the way (she changed my lipstick color according to my outfits and strategically placed hair accessories). She was really sweet too!
The other girls there during my session were from LIweddings.com and they said that people had been raving about Kamila on their boards.
I see why.

Awsome pics ladies! I may have missed this in the thread, but when are you giving these to your FI? I read that someone is giving it to him on their 1st anniversary, but is anyone giving it to them on their wedding day as the "wedding day gift"?

OMG!! So fun! I was still a bundle of nerves when I got there but, I met Emily and she was awesome and totally tried to put me at ease. She asked how I wanted my hair and got it perfect and my makeup looked amazing. They offered me a drink while I was in the chair and I took a couple sips and Emily says "Are you nervous? you're turning a little red." Well, silly me didn't even think about the fact that I get bright red when I drink so I had to stop. Anyway, I had planned on doing my most conservative outfit first to ease in but then Emily put this awesome black birdcage accessory in my hair and I ended up with my riskiest outfit first cause it was all black. I was nervous when I came out of the room in my outfit but the minute Kamila said "You look great" I relaxed. Kamila walked me through each pose and told me exactly what to do while also giving me some freedom to improvise and it was just so much fun. She showed me shots along the way and I loved most of them. Over all it was a great time and well worth it, I am so happy I did it. And to answer someone's question, as long as I have it in time, I am giving this to FI on our wedding day.

That's so awesome! Did you feel like you had enough time? How many outfit changes did you do? I know we only get an hour so I just want to make sure it's not rushed. Did you feel like you had enough shots by the end of it all?
You girls are making me so excited for mine!
