I just stayed here for my honeymoon.

I believe they still have a small limit of about 20-25 for weddings.

The largest restaurant is their Italian one and it would accommodate a few parties of that size a night.

The good thing is you are very close to Avenida 5 where all the night action takes place. The first night we were there everything at the hotel was empty!

The next night we went to Ave 5 and realized that is where everyone was :)

My dissappointment with PP, and I knew that before we booked, is there is there is no beach. There are stairs by the pool where you used to be able to go down to the beach.

During the day everyone seems to hang out at the pool, chairs are all claimed quite early, then evenings people are out in PDC.

It was a very nice resort, but very different from where we got married.

Hi! I am actually planning my wedding at PP. I have about 70 guests, and we are having the reception in the banquet room. They would have accomadeted us outside however there was a 9pm cut off, and we wanted to party later :-) They have been excellent to work with. If you want additional information I would be happy to help.

Hey! I'm also thinking about having my wedding at PP but I would probably have between 70-100 guests and am very confused about the maximum number of people. I want to have a private reception inside and also have a private rehersal dinner. On the website it says that if you book more than 25 rooms with them then you get free private functions and I was wondering if this meant my reception and rehersal dinner? have you heard anything about this?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
