Welcome to the forum! I too am getting married at Dreams Tulum next year and I live in Chicago. I too heard today from my travel agent that she got a call from AM Resorts who own all of the Dreams and Secrets resorts that they are reopening on November 15th. Now, I will believe it when I see it, but it sounds promising.
