Help me!

Recommended Posts

I am in desperate need of help. I am getting married in 2 and half weeks and I am still in need of a song for me to walk down the isle to! Right now I have "Somewhere over the Rainbow" picked out for my bridesmaids to walk down to so I would like something along those same lines for me to walk down to. I really love the Canon in D but I am looking for a little faster/upbeat version. Does anyone know if this version exsists or does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

We are walking down to the "somewhere over the Rainbow and what a wonderful world" mix. It was in Meet joe black and 50 first dates. I like the idea of one continous song for everyone. I'll see if I can post the version, I am sure you know it though.

here..not sure of the video but close your eyes and imagine the beach..

I know this is going to sound like the most ridiculous question EVER...but typically...how long does it normally take for everyone to walk down the aisle?!

I realise it will depend on how many are in the wedding party - I've only got one flower girl, one bridesmaid and myself...I'm also having somewhere over the rainbow...and was thinking it would last for all 3 of us...am I going to need another song do you think? cheesy.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
