Problems at Riu Negril???

I saw this posting on Tripadvisor:Negril forum: wedding - TripAdvisor

 

Now I know that on TA you have to take all Riu related postings with a grain of salt (don't understand why they have so many Riu haters on that board)...but I just want to make sure that this isn't true. All the docs on Riu's website still say the flowers are incl...etc...so I tend to not believe this posting, but just wanted to see if anyone else had heard this.

 

I posted a response to saying I thought it was false...hope I didn't speak too quickly.

I havent heard of any problems at the RIU Negril either..... maybe you can just confirm your selections with the WC.... I know how worried reviews like this can make you, but the RIU chain is HUGE (I mean they have 3 just in Jamaica) and I'm sure they wouldnt let something like that happen at such a large and well known chain.
