I actually went to disney one year for Christmas, I agree with booking the room early it really does book up fast. I don't know if they still do this but when I was there we stayed at the floridian. One of the benefits we found was, due to the over crowding in the park during the day. Disney allowed folks that stated on the compound, to re-enter after the park closed to the public. What a difference!

 

Also if you want to have dinner at Victoria and Alberts (Highly recomend it for you and your soon to be hubby) you must make your reservations asap. It is on the pricey side but it is so amazing. They only do two seatings a day 6 and 9 I think, and it is a 7 course meal ... I can't describe it, it is so romantic... it's in the floridian if you want to look into it.
