Anyone use those stick on bras?

Recommended Posts

So I am having a tough time finding the right undergarments for my dress. It is essentially a slip dress with a low back and it's all chiffon. Basically, spaghetti straps and it will show any kind of panty lines, etc. It seems that those stick-on bras might be a good option but I'm so worried it will come off if I sweat too much! I'm a member of the itty bitty titty committee and I need a little oomph. Has anyone put one of these bras to the test or have any alternate ideas? Thanks ladies!

I bought one and it sweated off in about 90 minutes. Good thing I was at home!

I tried it another time and I was so paranoid about it "popping" off that I went home and changed.

My dress has a low back too, so I am checking around for a low backed bustier, but I might just go with the sewn in cookies/perogies/cutlets (whatever you call them!)

I wore them for my wedding. I forgot the name of the brand, but I can check if you want to know.

I tried it at home and it worked fine... but once I was actuallylat my wedding, it was crazy hot and I was SWEATING big time. I kept grabbing my boobs to "re-stick" them because they kept unsticking because I was so slick from the sweat sad.gif

I used one for my cousins wedding; I was a bridemaid. Very uncomfortable and it kept coming off. Right after pictures I had to go to the bathroom and hand my FI helped me apply regular tape (actually it was really funny). Within another 30 minutes it was coming off again. So I went without for the rest of the evening. The problem was if it gets wet, it will come off.

I think I bought it at Macy's.

I bought the silicone stick on cups from victoria secret and I thought they worked great! I wore them from noontime for pro-pics through 11 p.m. after the reception. they stayed on through all the sweating, dancing and waving my arms l 'just don't care' lols

when I took them off that night, sweat started running down from being trapped inside...ewww but kinda cool haha

hope that helps!

No luck here for me. I wore them to a Christmas party once and had to have the staff at the Hyatt (luckily I knew one of the girls who worked there) get duct tape so I could tape the fake boobd back on. They came off as soon as we started dancing - like others mentioned above - because of sweat. I would have been too paranoid to use them for my wedding.

I would recommend having cups sewn into your dress ... and a little hint form a former pageant girl if you want some extra "oomph" .... have your Mom or a BM bring duct tape ... band over a sqeeze your boobs together to get cleavage ... then apply the duct tape under the boobs. It won't come off even in sticky, sweaty heat, won't show under your slinky dress, and will just look great with some sewn in cups. (Just be sure to rip it off before the wedding night bedroom dance!)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
