i'm beginning to agree about the necklace...i'm just worried he'll be upset if i don't wear "his" pearls! lol maybe i can wear them the night before?? thoughts?

 

dancingdolphin - it's a BCBG Max Azria dress! i'm in LOVE with everything BCBG (see the shoes...haha), so i knew i could find something by him! i just found it in the mall at the BCBG store! so great!

 

thanks for all of the hair help! i'm going to get my highlights touched up tomorrow, so i'll talk to my hair lady some more! i love all of the input! y'all are so great!! thanks again girls!

love the look minus the necklace. It is a beautiful necklace just not with the plunge neckline. Maybe wear it at your rehearsal dinner or at your AHR if you are having one.

I agree lose the necklace. I really love your shoes! I think you should wear your hair pulled back with a pretty flower in your hair.

Did you try wrapping the necklace around your wrist as a bracelet? I love that idea.

i guess i'm the only one, but while i LOVE the earrings (yay for something blue!), it's kinda bothering me that they are goldtone and the shoes are silver. but maybe it's because you've got gold, silver, AND pearl going on?

 

because i do agree with everyone else about the necklace ... it's just not needed, and maybe looks a little out of place since everything else is so edgy and chic. pearls kinda always say "conservative" to me.

 

all that said, i ADORE that dress, and you're super cute in it!

To get some suggestions for your hair I would google in pictures some of your favortie celebrities...( for example - if you have long hair I would do Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift) and you can find a ton of different up-dos or styles that you will like!

ss_islamorada - the shoes are BCBGirls from Dillard*s. i got them on an extreme sale! i've had my eye on the black ones but was too cheap to buy them, but i found (and loved!) the silver on sale!

 

*heather* - i did try really quickly, and it didn't seem to work. i'll have to try it again when i have more time to focus on it! i love that idea, too...

 

mummergirl - i had the same frustration with the gold/silver, but i think the gold on the earrings is subtle enough to not clash with the shoes? :
