    - Let down your long... or short hair??

I recently got this awesome new haircut, and its the shortest I've had since I was a child (a few inches higher than the shoulder). I really love the kinds of updos that can be done with long hair, so I'm considering growing it longer (about mid-shoulderblade). Are any other brides struggling with the decision? Is there a reason you're growing/keeping your hair at a certain length? I just can't seem to find hairstyles I like for shorter hair... and I love the way Rebecca's hair was done for her wedding (I'm slowly copying her entire wedding :| ). So, what did you decide and how did you come to that decision?

Courtney you don't necessarily have to grow your hair out. You could use a fake hairpiece and attach it to the bottom portion of your hair to make it look like a loose type bun like Rebecca had. Or you could always get extensions. I happen to love short hair I think it is so pretty. I have long hair myself but it's b/c I don't think short hair looks good on me. But there are so many ways to use hair pieces now that you don't necessarily need longer hair to create updos.

OMG I have NO clue what I'm doing with my hair... I have a ton of pictures saved for ideas but I just can't figure it out. Maybe I do a Britney Spears, and shave it.. lol

I'm keeping my hair short (just above the shoulders but shorter and layered in the back) and doing a hairstyle similar to this -

i have a picture of the side so you can see the back a little more but it's on my computer at home so i'll post it later

You dont need really long hair for a great updo. Its amazing what can be done. Should length hair should be fine for an updo, espically if you want something simialar to Rebeccas
