[QUOTE=mummergirl;472087]haha i hear ya on that! last year i had the cashier at the golden corral (it's a cheap BUFFET place) say "are you expecting?"

Ya, I had a similar experience about 1.5 years ago. A co-worker asked when I was expecting! This was someone I worked with everyday, you'd think they'd know better. I was so hurt and upset, my poor FI had to listen to me cry and weep all week. Then I decided to do something about it. I've lost 30lbs in the last 1.5 years and I plan on losing another 20lbs before the wedding.

I'm getting bored with the same food every day. Anyone have any good recipes for veggies?

I am a zucchini, squash loving girl... if you are having a bbq you could make veggie kabobs with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and whatever other seasonings you like. You could also put them in the oven and bake them til they are soft. try a new veggie with ranch. i am not very creative either... my healthy meals consist of chicken and a salad or veggies.

Today eveyone at work brought something in for breakfast and lunch....a potluck. Trying to be good. I brought in veggie pizza so I know what is in that. I few things I passed on which is a good thing. Actually thought to myself...do I really need this. I did exercise this morning and maybe if I have some time tonight I can squeeze something in. I can always still tweak dinner too. Before this I probably would not have thought twice about eating something so that is positive.

Thanks Bianca. I'm going to try that tonight. We have a vegetable garden and I have ripe zuccinis. I love veggies!

              Meals so far...
B: bowl of cherrios with fat free milk
              L: a chicken thigh and a salad
              S: honeydew
D: not sure yet... I work til 6 and I KNOW that FI has no intentions of making anything for dinner. He never cooks.

So i didn't do too good this weekend. Friday i was so pissed at my boss that i ate pizza, more than i needed to. Yesterday we went to breakfast which me and fi never do, i had french toast and home fries. It was really good. So today and tommorrow i have to be really good for weigh ins.

I despise veggies and i really like this...

I get a handful of fresh green beans layed out on a cookie sheet, sprinkle it with about a tsp of extra virgin olive oil, some salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix it all together, then stick it in the oven for 15 minutes at 375...yum!
