The boys used leftover dollars to buy us about 6 bottles of wine at our last group dinner together before we left the resort, and we took limo's to quite a few places, like Wet and Wild and to the airport rather than taking shuttles or paying for cabs, and these limos seated 8 comfortably and had videos playing and great music!  They were $250 (Palace Dollars) to take you 1 way, where ever you needed to go.

 

If you have more questions, I'd be happy to try to answer them.  I'm a Beach Palace bride, but it seems most of the Palace Resorts all run on the same rules!

Wow..you girls are busy busy on here! so much communication :) i leave 10 days from tomorrow...i admit, im stressed...im trying to not become psycho bridezilla but i feel like there is still alot to do...i think its funny how so many ppl say, oh youre having a destination wedding, thats so relaxing, b/c theres nothing to do for it....im like, what?!?! ive done a million things!!! very frustrating!

 

can anyone tell me the easiest way to write up my planning thread and include pics...should I write it on a word doc and then just attach or write it on here and then what do I have to do to attach the pics?

 

food for thought....at first I had my heart set on the pandero terrace, and thought I was definitley having one of my private events there, but then as months passed and more and more ppl booked it came to a point where I now had too many ppl to have an event there...so Im glad I hadnt bought any thing to decorate it yet...dont worry so much about ordering things, Ive ordered most of my stuff within the last 6 weeks, believe me everyday the UPS or FedEx guy is at my house, but its all worked out and now I know everything Im buying Im definitely using....

 

fyi...i looked online and that episode of Say Yes to the Dress showing ASP is coming back on this Friday, October 22 @ 11-11:30am   :)  I set my DVR and I cant wait to see it...

I would say type it up in Word and copy it over??  The just insert the pictures where you want them after.  There is a button that looks like a picture frame that you use to insert pics!

 

My mom already has her DVR set for the show too!! haha she's excited to watch it...it's in the last 5 minutes of the show...and don't get discouraged when they show it pouring rain!!

 

10 days til you leave!! ahh!!! :o)

I have booked the solarium mundaca for our reception and the maracas terrace for our cocktail social on thursday.  I have also booked the coba gazebo for our ceremony.  So excited!!!

Oh and I decided to hire a TA for peace of mind purposes.  I found her on this forum and she is great.  She also happens to coincidentally be local to us!!

Thats so awsome Congrats! I just got confirmation that I can work with an outside decor company. I am in corispondance with one now. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Its a vendor I found off here. I havn't recieved a quote yet.
