I haven't tried the powders. Maybe I should. I've done the chewables, teas, laxatives and enemas (sorry if TMI)! Nothing. Knowing that your dr. said it's ok if I've always been that way is good to hear. I do have the same problem as you in regards to my cycle and going. I actualy look forward to having it cause I know I will go everyday for four days!smile159.gif

OMG...I hate to laugh, but I couldn't help myself. That's the same thing that happened to me when I did it for the first time. Wish I still had that problem when I drink it!

YAY for you Monica! That is awesome!

Well I must say that I have no appetite. I don't know what is wrong, but I have been drinking water all day and I have no appetite to eat anything at all.

Tomorrow is my bananna day - did you guys eat JUST banannas or other fruit too? Did you eat any vegetables? The diet didn't really say. I looked on line and all it said was banannas & skim milk. I wonder if dried banannas are included. I'd have to look at the package to see if they contain anything else.

I think the dried have sugar on them, no?

Oh, maybe that's why I thought no artificial sweetner...the diet is also a detox :)

Yesterday we just had banana's, skim milk, and soup. I think FI had the left overs from dinner the night before (all veggies).

I didn't like banana day LOL I ended up bloated, gassy and gained a few lbs LOL (I wonder if my soon to arrive monthly visitor has anything to do with that...)

So, I overcooked my burger making it a bit dry. It was still good...but not half as good as it would have been on a bun with a slice of cheese and Katchup!

I don't know - but tomorrow we are going out to dinner. I thought it was cancelled, but FI said otherwise - SO - I am going to go off the "Plan" for one meal. I promise not to over do it. I'll probably have shrimp/avocado sushi rolls and salad. The worst part - we are going to the movies afterwards - the smell of popcorn is going to KILL ME!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
