Yes, I do go out and sell. I do a lot of things. My company pays for advertisement in the local newspaper and real estate magazines so they call and I get those leads. I carry my business cards everywhere so anytime I meet or talk with someone who is interested in buying a home or refinancing their existing home I have a card to give them. I go and meet real estate agents and tell them how I can help their clients get financed. It can be exhausting always trying to get business but after a year or two you will have a client base that send you referrals and then come to you again and again for everything.
