I really really love this show!!!
It's so real!! I like that it's not all sugarcoated & fake.
It's nice to get to see the ups & downs as these people battle with their weightloss. I get so into the show. I almost feel what they're feeling. When some one cries - I get upset! When someone does great - I feel so proud!
    LOL I'm such a dork! :)

It's currently on Slice & Discovery Health.
It follows people through 6 months of weightloss. They have a fitness test at the beginning along with measurements & weigh-ins. Then they have a mid-point weigh-in & a final fitness test at the end before more measurements & a weigh-in. The also get to chose a personal fitness goal to acheive by the end of their journey.

I watch it all the time too. I love the style and self-esteem guru, he's hilarious, but at the same time he pulls no punches!

Sounds interesting, like Biggest Loser without the cheesy drama. I hope we can see it in the US!
