I know the calories at this place are insane, but we are going there for dinner with FMIL. Any suggestions on how to not derail myself to much?

I love this place! YUM! Their wonton soup is awesome and has chicken, shrimp and veggies in it - very filling, tasty and not too high on the calorie list! I usually try to fill up on it and then just take a taste (bit or two) of what everyone else has! Good luck and enjoy!

There are some sites that show thier nutrition info

It looks like the ginger chicken and broccoli would be one of your best bets or the shrimp with lobster sauce.

I've never been there...they just opened one in my area and I heard the food was great! Enjoy!

I just usually get the lettuce wraps and a soup and call it a day!
