well... i drank a bunch of ginger ale and my pukey problems seem to have cleared up. i am going to eat some mac n cheese and more gingerale for dinner and then try to drink the tea tonight and start up on the fiber again tomorrow.

 

i know what you guys mean about being so gassy. there have been a few times i was afraid i was going to shit myself from farting so i went and sat on the toilet in the middle of the night. haha

Yeah I got home from work and my shipment came.... So the first thing I did was do the fiber, but not the pills I figure I will wait until the AM. -- Yeah the fiber is gross with water- it's that last swig when you gulp all the last remains.. Yuck. I wish I had some juice to mix it with - will have to go to the store. I figured milk would not be such a good thing!

 

**I have been reading about the gas, think it is ok to take a gas ex tab with the colonix? May help the gas if you are out and about...

 

I am teaching 10 dance lessons tommorow so I am hoping I don't have expolisive gas / poops during that time..

Just so you know... the explosive poop comes after the regular poop for me. I have never not been able to hold it until I got to a toilet. It's not like being sick and having bathroom sickness. Honestly what gets me the most is the cramping.

hahahaha kathi, i agree with you -- its not like its explosive where i cant control it and get to the bathroom on time. its that i get the poop cramps, then go to the bathroom and think im done. i go sit on the couch and 5 mins later i feel like i gotta go again. so i go and i sit down and its exactly like you described! soft serve LOL

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
